The best way to decide that is to go to eBay, log in to your account and search Completed listings for the watch you have to see what they have sold for in the past. (You have to be logged in to search completed listings).

After you see what others have sold for, factor in the fees and make a decision.

You can also get an idea of the average selling price in the sell an item section.

Another option? Check out Amazon. No fees unless it sells. I have sold everything from fitness equipment to the usual books. It is fast and easy. If they have your watch you can sell it there and of course, you will be able to get an idea of the selling prices.

I believe after you sell an item on eBay they take 10% off the total price it was sold for for themselves. I sold an item about a month ago and they invoiced me about 30$ for that one item. They said I have like 15 days to gather the funds to pay that. When the day came they only took out 16 dollars so i guess that made me happy lol. But yea there's a 10% fee they charge you after selling the item

It can be, but ebay takes about 10%, and you have to use paypal, which takes another 3% or so. You are losing around 13% right off the top. That is only if you sell the item. You can also list 50 items per month for free, no listing fee.

You could also try Craigslist or Oodle classified ads. No fees!
