      I use Youtube as the main part of my advertising.
      Posting tutorials seems to work well. If you don't offer some content, people will be less motivated to start a relationship with you. If you do offer them a good tip, they'll search you out for more.

      I've noticed getting a bad 1 star rating (which is poor) can really hamper the amount of "related video" views that you get.

      Having a lot of discussion around your videos also helps youtube promote it more. You can help the discussion along by posting replys or asking in the video to post a comment or questions etc.
