How do I find a video "scriptwriter"?

INTERNET MARKETING

I'm about to produce my first video and I want something that will not only entertain but also get my sales message across and increase conversion.

Some may disagree with me but I believe that writing for the screen is much different from conventional copywriting and I'm looking for someone with the right skills.

I'm not looking for a video technician... I've got a great one. I'm looking for an experienced video marketer who knows what kind of images, music, speech, text and sales message will work for my product.
