New Marketer - What I've done and where I should go
Although I have been completely eager and excited to learn about internet marketing (once I started getting it and realized the potential), however I am still completely new.
Maybe I should use this opportunity to introduce myself since I am new to the forum. My name is Nick, I am a 22year old W / M living in Las Vegas. For the last 2 years I have been commercial fishing in Washington but I have always had a passion for computers and.. well monetary lifestyles.
Anyways so far, actually just today I have paid for a web domain and a buddy of mine has hosted it for me. My total cost so far is $8.17 for a year of the domain.
"my niche site".net (Low/6600/3600/CPC$1.40)
I searched on Adsense, the parenthesis stand for (Competition/Global Searches/Local Seaches/ CPC $)
I then created some posts, all using two out of three of the exact search phrases in my .Net
Post 1 (Low/5500/2400/CPC$1.20)
Post 2 (Low/4400/1900/CPC$1.06)
Post 3 (Low/3600/2400/CPC$0.36)
Post 4 (Low/2400/1300/CPC$1.77)
Please remember I am still completely new, this is my complete progress so far. I am still learning Wordpress and need to learn Adobe Illustrator, I think. I have added some content to each post which I'll refine later.
What should my next step be? I was thinking make a header with the .jpg with the niche I may have found.
Am I on the right track, I am looking for feedback on what I have done so far and what I should do next. If I could be directed in a postive direction maybe I could keep updating my progress from the very beginning to hopefully a slow steady snowball to sucess.
