Help with Product on Clickbank

Hi there,

this is Olli from Germany and i will sell a plugin (WP) for Internet Marketers on Clickbank.

Can anybody help me an tell me which Informations i MUST give on the Website? I mean that i often see on some Websites Privacy Policy and Terms Of Service!

Is it a MUST HAVE on my Website and can i copy this sites from anywhere?

    Its not a must have but it's best to have them (which basically makes them a must have) so yes I'd add these pages . Most of the item just search google for 'page' template , so: privacy policy template, etc. I'm not exactly sure which pages you need but you can probably look at other products and see what they have set up.

    You don't have to have this on your site but I do recommend it.

    You can see what others are using and get some ideas. Never copy unless it is OK with the website.

    Hi Olli you are right Privacy Policy and Terms Of Service! are necessary if you want to target US customers. But you can't copy that content from any other site as that will be a violation of copyright laws and get you in trouble. If you don't know what to write in there you can get a pro writer to do that for you.

    Hallo Olli,

    The best thing to do is to check out other products and see what they are doing. The general rule is: If everybody does a certain thing, then you can assume it's a standard and be confident in doing the same.
    The Privacy Policy is usually a standard text that everybody has and can essentially be copied, though you should look to make sure.

    I agree with the other posts it's not mandatory to have these pages ,but it is highly recommended.

    Maybe i can put the pages that i need in germany because iam from germany.

    The Product (The WP Plugin) is for people all over the world in any country so maybe ist not MUST to do all pages in US -law if i do in german law!?!?

    I bought it here at Warrior Forum, but i don`t remember who`s product it is. Sorry about that. Hope you find it.
