Sales Pages or/and Blog

Hey wassup guys,

New to the whole Interet Marketing system. What I'm trying to create is a high-converting dating & sex development sales page. I've had much criticism about "Sales Pages" and myself included, rarely ever buy or delve beyond a Sales Page unless its extremely attractive and legit (not "Lose 30lbs in 5 days" esque pages)

I have three products I'm currently creating and soon to finish around Summer 2012. My first product includes a $7 10-15 page eBook, my second product will be a 30-60 page eBook (priced around $47-60) and for my third product, a membership site of reguarly updated videos with other free merchandise when subscribed.

For my optlist, I've created over 30 emails or newsletters (not sure if its enough volume for optlist) thus far for that and concluding with the launch product emails. Now, here is the tricky part. I've seen numerous Dating Pages which originally stem from a "Blog" and all of their products are backlinked to their "Sales Page". How much of a difference with subscriber volume would I have if I didn't include the blog, and just had the Sales Pages?

Lastly, should I have Sales Pages for all THREE products?
#blog #or or and #pages #sales

    Hi,

Most of them probably use the blog so that they can build up content on the site and increase their search engine rankings (ultimately to get more traffic). If you will be using other types of traffic generation, then you may or may not worry about it. It's really up to you.

Thanks for taking time to reply.

What oter types of traffic generators can I use without the blog?

Essentially, I'm going with massively building up my opt-in list before launching products.
