"Ready to Go" Niche Mini Sites

Hi Warriors,

I intend to set up many mini sites in different niches to promote affiliate products and also sell my own info products, and I would like to save some time on setting up the sites.

What is the best source for ready-made Niche Mini Sites which have the following features:

• "Ready to go" niche mini sites and all I will need to do is download the mini sites, install onto my domain and host, add my affiliate links and start driving traffic to the sites
• Mini sites with articles/content already in the mini sites [I can then rewrite these articles]
• Mini sites that provide a review of selected good affiliate products in that niche (Clickbank or otherwise)
• Mini sites with email messages targeted for the niche or selected products, ready to upload into my auto-responder
• Mini sites with good and professional-looking layout & graphics / templates

I am interested in a wide range of niches, including the following: fitness, dating, weddings, babies, parenting, go-green/eco-friendly, computers, home & garden, sports and travel.

If there are any membership sites that offer these - I am particularly interested in membership sites where I have the option to pick and choose the niche mini sites I want, as compared to getting whatever is prepared within a given month.

I will appreciate any recommendations/suggestions on the best source for this.
