From Zero To 7-Figure Success (No Secret Sauce Required)

I am going to share something that I hope will help everyone here that has struggled with marketing to raise their game to a new level...

I get asked all the time, what does it take to get from where I am to 7-Figures. The truth is, it is not actually that difficult. It takes a shift in mindset, some patience and perseverance.

It does not matter where you are in marketing there is one major difference between a 7-figure marketers and a 4 figure marketer. Now, before I continue there is not some sort of "Trick" or "Secret Sauce"... it boils down to 1 very simple formula:

SCALE + AUTOMATION = HUGE PROFIT

Keep this in mind for minute while I give an example. If you did one thing right now that made you $10 a day on autopilot, all you need to do to make $20 is replicate what made you $10 a day once.

If you have that $10 on autopilot then all you are doing is scaling things up. Replicate the same thing 10 times and you have $100 a day profit. Now do it 100 times and you have $1k a day... all with scale. $1k a day is $365,000 a year... Most people would be more than happy with that.

Heck, even $100,000 a year is only just $274 a day. Scale that up, keep creating more streams of income or focus on your strongest responding sources and keep scaling them up until you hit $2740 a day and you are officially have a 7-Figure income.

When you break it down it's not actually that much per day. You just have to think "What can I do that will make me that much a day?". Membership sites? Sales of products? Affiliate Sales? CPA?... Maybe all of the above?

What most people in business don't tell you is that this simple formula applies to everything in business. Streamline, and optimize the cash funnels and you can turn that $10 into $15 a day... do that across an entire group of income streams and you just added a ton more money to your bottom line.

Now, here is another secret that will take you from a where ever you are now to a 7-figure marketer - DIVERSIFY!

You should never rely on one form or source of income. Create mutliple streams that are in different areas and markets. For example, I create a lot of training courses, software etc in the IM niche but I have many products in other niches such as health, fitness, even automotive.

That way, if any one of my income sources vanishes I have plenty of others to fall back on.

Now, usually at this stage I hear cries of "Well its ok for you, you can afford to diversify!"... Well here is a fact many people don't know. I started with just $5... and one tiny WSO.

From there I created more products, reinvested profits back into my business and focused on scaling things up. That scale and reinvesting gave me leverage to try different things but from one small success I grew many other opportunities and you can too!

Next, never give up. Too many people do, they want the instant results and "I WIN" button for instant cash. It does not exist!

It takes work, it takes effort and if you follow a model that is proven time and again and just make it work for you... you will see success, plain and simple.

Honestly, if you keep these things in mind and add this new perspective to where you are now then you will see a surge in your successes and it will help define not only your destination but the surety of each step you take to get there.

All the best

Agree and I'm thinking "in reality, it's harder than that"...

... but then I realize I'm just making excuses. That penny just dropped

The only thing I regret was diversifying too early and it was more out of boredom that a business decision!

You just made a great point, you would be amazed how many people talk themselves out of success.

Another mistake that I see a lot of people do is shout "TAKE ACTION" which is good but without a plan of action you are just spinning wheels burning out energy and not putting the car in any direction...

Thanks, the problem I am having is that I am very knowledgable in one niche. I am working pretty hard at the moment to scale that site up, but once it gets to where it needs to be, what then? I am not sure I can duplicate the success of the site because I do not have first hand experience with any other niches the way I do in this one. How do you recommend "scaling" it up when you are in that type of scenario? Thanks!

Without knowing your niche I assume you have or could create a product for that as an Info product.

Thankfully most niches you can take multiple angles and create multiple solutions to common products (more products)

You could create a membership site... Charge 10-47 a month. Get a facebook fanpage going. Offer a $1 trial. Outsource content creation if needed. Break down your products and rework them as drip-fed content. Interview experts. Monthly newsletter etc.

You can create a mastermind or "Exclusive" area for a higher fee. Coaching or consulting for $1000 an hr or monthly as a mentor for $5000.

That is lateral scaling in the same niche and creating mufti-tiered income streams without going outside of your comfort zone. Heck, write a book and not just for royalties but so you establish yourself as an expert (even self published you can call yourself an author) and public speaking also adds to your level of expertise.

There are many ways you can scale up, just look at the most successful people in your market and study what they do and how they did it... many good lessons there

    Hope that helps

Those are some great ideas. Some of them seem a little over my head right now . I just finished writing my first "e-book" in the niche and I plan to use it as a freebie for getting people to sign up to my list.

my niche is in infertility (ivf specifically) and I have a hard time relating some ideas to this niche. There are not endless solutions to infertility, believe me, I have experienced it firsthand. So I have a hard time knowing where to go next. Thanks for all the suggestions.

I cannot say I know that much about IVF but here is a continuous source of ideas for products. Yahoo Answers. Go over there and look at the many different questions asked about Male infertility, Female Infertility, IVF, the risks, the psychological aspects of this. There are many aspects that you can greatly expand upon for more products.

As a membership site think about a social network or community aspect for people who are in the process of going through IVF to those that have been through it and can share their insights and knowledge. Even appealing to the treatment and fertility centers that offer IVF programs.

Every niche and market has lots of aspects and angles to tie into. You can also do public speaking on your own experiences and even use that as a core of a book. Using your own story, the trials and triumphs, the ups and the downs, etc.

People going through this treatment will really benefit from a first hand insiders view and help them know what to expect. Invaluable information and a gold mine for you.
