Article Directory Software for paid submissions

I´m searching for an article software with the following abilities:

-User can submit articles for x$ an article
-payment through paypal
-fully automated

So steps for the user:

-he pays on paypal
-he can submit one article
-he is able to edit his article
-he can use up to 3 links in one article
-newest articles got linked to on mainpage for faster indexing

Is there a software like that available?

    This is a piece of software that you have to develop yourself I'm afraid... if you are going to sell it so that other people can submit articles.

    If you want it for your own use, there are many software's and networks out there.

    If your plans are making money out of this process but you don't have the money to develop your own software a good alternative is to promote as an affiliate other similar link building services.

      I have a few high PR domains and good article directories are pretty rare on the German market.

      Also i don´t want to control that there is no bad content, that´s why people have to pay before submitting.

      Any guess how much i have to spend for a software like that?

    Never heard of one, but it sounds like the marketing technique that a very popular free press release site that i know of uses. I would link to it but it's not acceptable on the forum.
