I need a mentor

Hi All,

I have been dabbling with IM for a bit -- mostly Clickbank. I've read plenty of articles, forums, eBooks, but have decided I would prefer to learn directly from someone who has been successful.

I'm really just looking to build a small IM business. I actually find the work fun as compared to my other job.

Anyone of you gurus interested in teaching me the ropes? I am well funded, very technical, and have some past IM experience.

PM me if interested. Thanks!

  • My mentor is Samantha Milner. She has helped me in a similar way to you and you can google her to find out more.

I'm also sending you a pm with her email address so that you can get in touch. I am happy to give you more info on what she does and what her experience is if you would like!
  • Dude,

Believe me, you don't need a mentor. All you need is-

    1. Look around this forum for a week. Only look for how people are REALLY SELLING.
    2. Stop buying from today and start selling.
    3. Take action NOW.

    • You are a victim yourself, you believe that being successful online is common sense.
But the facts prove otherwise, 95% of all E-businesses there start up give up within 5 years of operation.
Just reading on the forum and going for it isn't the best way, don't get me wrong there is some good content on the site,

But you need to understand these areas to get on the right track.

Personal Development (know your strengths, clear vision).
      Analyzing (market, costumer, competition).
Strategic planning (away from opportunity seeking, you must take an strategic approach).
Leverage & scale-ability (find what works & scale it and keep doing things that work as long as they work)
Planning (plan each milestone along the way and figure out how to make short cuts to get from A to B)
Learn to work efficiently (what to hire peoples for, what to out source, what to automate).
Testing (Test, Test, Analyses, step one step back watch the situation to see if you are progressing or working against your goals, then repeat the process.)

Thats some of the many things needed to get a business growing,

Example: If you work equally as hard to get 20 bucks in 5 years as you do today, you aren't scaling.
      • [ 2 ] Thanks
  • A mentor is the fastest way to get yourself on the path to success. Make sure you find someone who is willing to let you contact them for Q&A along the way. This strategy is what I used and it's the best because it allows you to model someone who is successful and know exactly what is working and what isn't... no guessing games!

Check the WSO's there are a few good coaching programs up there now.

    Best of luck.

    • You keep offering to Mentor people which is commendable but i don't think you really know the definition of the word "Mentor".
"A mentor facilitates personal and professional growth in an individual by sharing the knowledge and insights that have been learned through the years."
      Source en.wikipedia.org
Since you started 6 months ago and made your first breakthrough 2 weeks ago i don't think you are in a position to Mentor anyone just yet...
  • Thats the thing. You have bought and read only. You need to take some action. I think you are looking for the perfect method in those ebooks but there is none. There are so many ways of making money online. The secret lies in taking action! However I do believe there are very good mentors out there and they can definitely help you to get you to do something.
  • I'm booked right now but if you don't find anyone go to some local networking meetings and try to get to know some good marketers I bet you can find a good mentor there. Good luck.
  • A mentor is a great idea but dont forget to ask questions, what will they teach me ,what sort of earnings and how fast will I be receiving them.Make sure everythings legal and you dont need to pay through the nose for it,look at past work too.Enjoy your relationship with your new mentor.

  • I'd be able to shoot you some tips. If interested, let me know.
  • Good luck on finding a mentor bro. I'm new here (to posting at least) and I'm currently content with just reading everything I can.
  • Hey! Im also a Newbie and could use some Coaching, If youre willing to help, let me know.

    • I made my first action after going through chris farrell training. His video consists of basic things such as creating your own wesbite, setting up your own auto responder etc. All the things are catered for beginners or newcomers who do not know how to get started.
  • I wish I had a mentor years ago! Instead I made lots of trial and even more error! It's been a long haul, but I finally got there in there in the end when I ditched paying rent and went mobile.
  • David, with all due respect don't be offering to mentor someone when you have only been at this for 2-3 weeks yourself.
  • Seeking a mentor is the SMARTEST thing a beginner could do.

Have a read over the posts made here, and you'll notice theres a definite trend of ...."Im a newbie, Ive read so much information here, but now Im even more confused"

Every successful person has a mentor, regardless of what they do.
  • You Dont need a mentor you just need a business plan of attack an a idea to roll to turn into a buisines with

it is okay buying WSo and what not but without action its just a infomation book which wont help you.
  • Success depends on you believing in yourself and knowing you can do it. the forum and the war room really have some great insight
    Good Luck
