So this has been debated a few times here on the forums. But I believe that we need to discuss compare and contrast which is better for small businesses that want to get in to sms marketing.

Which Is Better for small local businesses that will only be marketing to their local customers / clients, Short code with shared or exclusive keywords or is long code with short exclusive custom keywords better?

    Before we attempt to settle this once and for all (though I have my doubts we can), we must discuss "SMS marketing" and "marketing to their local customers/clients."
    Brandon, do you want to start by saying what you meant by SMS marketing? Give a few scenarios that define it. I and others can to them. We should do that before talking about long code vs. short code, pros and cons, to implement the scenarios.
