Regarding Yahoo answers

Hi friends,
How many of you have good experience (with respect to targeted traffic) via yahoo answers service.
Is it wise to buy some one who can post our links ?? Is it worth??
Any suggestions in this matter?

ive heard alot of people have got quite good results from using yahoo answers!

ive been considering having a go at it for a while and then measuring results but just havnt got round to doing it!

Id recommend giving it a shot, from just what I have heard others say about it!

They say its not massive and the be all and end all of traffic generation, but defo a worthwhile technique to use

    thanks

I'm considering giving it a try as well, but was wondering if there are any other Answer sites that are also worth looking at.

It makes sense that it is a good way to find people in your niche that have problems, and by answering their questions you are opening the door for future communication and connection which could lead to sales.

I made about 5 sales in an hour, answering highly-targeted questions relevant to my product. I find Yahoo Answers to attract a more ignorant crowd than places like WF, so there is a lot of room to post useful info and attract customers.

Yahoo Answers can be a great way to get targeted traffic, although the amount of traffic does depend on the niche. You have to give good answers which are genuinely useful, although in a lot of niches the same questions get asked over and over again, so if you have one or two well written answers you can usually keep using them with just a little editing.

The secret is to get your answer voted as best answer - this way it show as the top answer so you get much more traffic. Most of the traffic does not come from the person asking the question, but from others who search Yahoo Answers, so a good best answer can keep on getting you traffic for years.

Yes - I do. More in some niches than in others.

It's like many other things that involve posting on websites you don't own: the quantity and quality of the traffic you can attract from it depends on how well you can add value for other users of the sites.

I think it could be, potentially, provided they really know what they're doing and how to "play the game" there.

The learning curve with "Yahoo answers for traffic" is such that many people fall off it. Few people are successful with it.

Add value, post good answers, and people will click your links. Take the time to address the question the very best you can. If you get voted top answer it'll get you even more traffic, and it is easy to get top answer if you put some thought into your answer.

Don't put a link in every answer though. People love to report anyone that seems to be "link spamming."
