Hi,
i would like to know who are the top persons here at wf when it comes to marketing. I want to contact one of them to help me promote a product for a cut.

It is a script fully coded that any webmaster will buy. No bull**** hype here, i am expierenced seo and i am active mostly on the german market as i am german.

I would be gratefull for any names, that are big and well known.

    Yea use the JV section.

And trust me, if someone comes forward and tells you they are the top internet marketer here, the probably aren't

You will find that the very best in the world, spend little time on here. They are working on their business. So often you will find guys making 6 figures a year here only have 80 posts.

Hmmm.... Maybe you should try contacting everyone with 80 posts or less.

The top marketers I know, who are willing to work with an unknown, charge $5,000 upfront plus 50% of the profits.

hi thanks for the answers. I was interested in names(contacts), i did not assume that many top marketeers will answer here. So if you know any decent names i would be greatfull. By Pm would be fine too, if you dont want to post in public.

Also i dont think that anyone with a brain will ask for 5000 if he hears what i have to offer even i am unkown.

If you want the best, you better be prepared to pay.

You and your idea is an unknown, i.e. unknown to be profitable at this time.

Those big guns want to be paid for their expertise and what they will do for you, whether you succeed or fail.

Yeah it would be no problem either to pay them. I already run a profitable business but i assume they want to promote it after they have seen it.

          Who could you recommend me?

          I'm with TPW on this.

If you want a top marketer you're going to be paying quite a bit. Primarily because of trust and the fact that they don't have enough time to be screwed around with.

I can't label myself as a top marketer but even with my experience, I wouldn't be able to offer my time at a low cost. If I see something good and someone that's real, I usually end up doing it for free.

But for someone that hasn't proven anything, it's a different story.

It's similar to that of a job application. You can fill one out and tell me all this great stuff. But if you can't prove it, I won't hire you.

Yeah, the JV section is I think the best place in your search. I am not sure if you will agree but what about using a personal photo of yours as your avatar?

I am not in the position to say that you should use your full name since I am not using mine too.

Anyway, I hope you could find someone who could be your business partner or something like that.

        Cheers,

Sorry to go off topic, but, that is impossible.

Back on topic. TPW gave the best advice RE: a real name.

I think you're confusing people who already have a solid business with people who are looking for one.

Why would anyone already successful and busy working on their own plans want to detract from that just because you have a project you want help with?

It always amazes me when people think that just because they think they have an opportunity (real or not) that they think anyone would also want to be involved just because it's another possible way to make money.

I've turned down a lot of JV proposals which I can see would make money - not because I don't think they'll be successful, but because I already have things I'm working on that I care about and just trying to flash the chance of more money at me will not change my priorities.

When you're not desperate for money its priority changes.

Nobody works for a cut alone. If you want to market your product the best way is to get it on clickbank and have a bundle of affiliates work for you. There you'll find IMers by the dozen who know what they are doing and your sales will sky rocket. Don't just rely on one seller when you can get 1oo+.

Try spending some time in The Copywriting Forum . There are some pretty heavy hitters that hang out there. Find one whose posting style "speaks to you", especially if they are posting critiques, and send them a personal PM.

As for finding people to promote, I'd start with Willie Crawford like Bill (tpw) suggested. He's been around the block a time or three and (by intent) knows a lot of people.

Behavioral Economist Dan Ariely did some interesting studies about whether we love stuff more if we created it. (We do. Clever experiments, the way he sets them up. Highly recommend Ariely's books.)

LOTS of people are in LOVE with their own products and think they are the next best thing to MTV. But they rarely are.

That said, I'm willing (and would be delighted, in fact) to be proven wrong.

Always room in the marketplace for a great product.

The Top guys are making so much and getting so many offers they make you pay them just to start something and they are very picky. I am in the proccess of setting up a German American Affiliate Partner system where people in the US sell or resell thier products on the European Market and therefore have contact with some big names in Internet Marketing. I will not make any promises I will have to take a look at what you have.

I am an American and have been working in Germany and other European countries for many years but primarily doing Online business for large corporations. Friends of mine that help me here and there with projects introduced me to this Forum where I found alot of great Plugins and ideas I could use to make money with big companies. They have been asking me now for a while to do something big in Germany... I am in the proccess of setting everything up, no rush. I want it to be good for both sides the Germans and the Americans. I will keep you posted here and on other Forums and sites.

Yes, because giving advice that works or just having an obvious grasp on the material says nothing about someone .

    errrr.... ummmm..... You said yikes!?

But what if he gave you contacts and info / advice that could make you 100k per year for the next 10 years. Then 50k is not that much at all is it huh?
