2 Seconds of Your Time: Can You See This Site In Canada??

Hope you can help.
If you are in Canada would you mind letting us know if you can see this site.
We have launched a WSO - and since yesterday one Warrior (who is a
valued customer of IPK) has been unable to see the site.
What is odd is that we have had a number of people join who have
selected Canada as their location at sign-up.
Bottom line is Lu still can't see the page (says it keeps timing out).
