You can become an affilliate if that is what you mean. All major hosting companies have an aff program. Or just find super cheaper services and upsell

I can't.

But I can offer you a tip about something more important, which will be more significant for your long-term income: "any service from which I can sell the most reliable and best quality hosting and domain-registration" is a far better question that "any service from which I can sell someone's hosting plans and domain-registrations cheaper".

If you're looking at potential affiliate income, establishing a business based on quality and reliability is a much better prospect than trying to build something based on promoting the cheapest.

Hostgator and JustHost and HostMonster all have good affiliate plans, but none of them is the cheapest.

Anyway I have to pay before? For example here i dont pay anything i guess and just resell.

Hostgator re-seller program is sublime. You do have to pay a small fee up front though.

Are you offering hosting outright or in conjunction with another service such as web design/SEO?

I'm seeking a reseller company that has a solution that will allow potential clients sign up automatically for hosting accounts through a custom resell website rather than me add them manually. One that also offers automatic login retrieval should they forget their username or password for their accounts. And provide a knowledge base to help them get started with the basics. Looking for as much automation as possible, any suggestions?
