What alexa rank is better to flip ?

Hello everyone,

I want to know what could be the minimum alexa rank to flip a site with PR 3 at its maximum value ?

I have 3 pages of PR 3, 7 with pr 2, 5 with pr 1,

traffic is about 400 unique visitors per day, 1500+ pageviews/day

current alexa rank is 3,500,000 which improved from 9,900,000 in 2 days.

Ranking 5th for 74,000 exact match searches in Google.

Any valuable suggestion is highly appreciated.

    Alexa rank shouldn't be a huge factor. At PR3 I assume it's under 1 million? Some of my PR1 sites are around that range, one actually closer to 500,000 or so. Worry more about ranking on Google, any income, traffic, subscribers, validity of the site, long-term potential, stuff of that nature.
