Just read a post in another forum about Link Metro and was wondering if anyone here has used it.

Be careful with link exchanges. Most of them are now a waste of time. Only 3-way link exchanges seem to still work but nobody knows for how long more.

  In my early days I used but it is not recommended.
  
  I would go for link-baiting which is more feasible.

  I used to use Link Metro and it did help me get good SE rankings, but I don't generally bother with reciprocal links nowadays (except with the top sites in my niche) as they're not as effective as they used to be.
