There are plenty of websites you can buy solo ads from.. Like Warrior Forum, Solo Ad Directory, Safe Swaps and also there is a WSO from Paul Nichollis which contains the list of high quality solo ad sellers but I forget the link, so sorry for that.

there are dozens of good solo ad providers around and some shockingly bad ones, you have to get your own list together of ones that are proven to send quality traffic

here are a couple that i have used before which were very good, to get you started:
