[ASK] What else should I do in order to sell a new website with high prices in the Flippa?

Hallo warrior,

Excuse me, I want to ask about selling a website on flippa.. I have a new website store, amazon web store, it's NewCamerasStore.com

I have finished building this website, and I intend to sell it on Flippa..

Sorry, I'm a newbie, I have never sold a website on Flippa. I also read some ebook about how to sell websites on Flippa at high prices.

There stated that the website should have a high PR, lots of traffic and high revenues if I want to get a higher selling price as well.

The problem is, this is a new website, so there is no traffic and revenue. But there are advantages, NewCamerasStore.com already have PR2 (Google).

Some other advantages are:
1. Premium theme, theme Gazette (from Wootheme)
2. Premium Plug in: WPZonBuilder, FB Like Viral, SEO SmartLinks Business

Approximately, how much is right for me plug in Flippa? Or so the price is higher, what should I do it again?

Thank you for your concern and suggestions..

Regards,
Yuga Eko

No revenue, no traffic ... new site that has a PR2? Sure, it does.
You won't get much for the site. What advantage is there for anyone to buy it?

Exactly. Also, I wouldn't buy it for the PR 2 either because the site only shows 1 backlink so I wouldn't trust the PR 2 at all.

To the OP: If I were you, I would build the site up, get a variety of varied links, get it ranked on the first page in Google, and then sell it. Doing that will help you earn A LOT more money when you sell it.

Having bought and sold on Flippa, I can tell you, new websites are listed there all the time.

They don't always sell, but I purchased one for $67 off flippa - I don't know if that's the kind of money you were looking for, but that's about a new website price -

As the others say, build it up first and then sell for a better price -

Unless your domain name gets lots of direct hits/searches and it's a fantastic name, then you won't have much luck to make a killing. Without credibility and proof that the site makes money, it's a hard sell.

As advised above, your best bet would be to keep it and get your ranking and profit up before trying to sell it.

A little effort on your new site will pay in the long run.

If it's making money, you'll be able to get quite alot for it. But simply building a site, adding a bunch of plug-ins and showing people how it LOOKS - when it's not bring in any revenue is usually not good enough.

Get some backlinks to it, get some monthly income to it via adsense, amazon, even clickbank - and THEN you can sell it for 10 times it's monthly earnings

    Yugaecko,

Be smart and try to build confidence in buyers... Too many purchase traffic packages and try fooling the bidders into thinking all the traffic is real when it is from countries not conducive to the product.

Also, some try to use software to boost an Alexa ranking... Another gimmick too well known and underhanded.

Don't lie and you can build a nice little business selling websites.

Your website is all over the place...why would I come here to buy anything? What value are you providing the customers?

Why do you have so much on your site? Also, ditch the banner ads (except the header ad, that's ok). I would also write some reviews, or at least get someone to do it. Moreover, you should talk about the features that people are looking for, but more importantly, why they want those features (or, how would those features be beneficial to them)?

Check out my site, and you'll see what I'm talking about. It is brand new (like a week old), but you'll get what I'm talking about.

PS this is a mini-site, sort of a side project for me.
