How Many People Are Viewing ?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hello Fellow Warriors,

I have seen screenshots of warrior forum where the homepage shows how many people are currently viewing each category e.g. "4,325 viewing".

But I never seen that feature shown on my computer. Is that feature taken away by warrior forum? Or is there anything I need to click to enable this feature?

Yeah, the admins took it away a while ago. Although I am not really sure why.

Somebody mentioned when it happened that it might have been putting too much strain on the servers. Don't know if that was accurate or not, just heard it.

I didn't even realize that until now. I have to say the following stats (as of right now) for the whole site are impressive:

Currently Active Users: 12107 (4065 members and 8042 guests)

I also noticed that they had quit showing the current viewers. I am curious as to why they stopped it. It was kind of nice seeing how many people were on the site at a given time.

Hello meldave,

"how many people were on the site at a given time." are still showing on the homepage when you scroll down to the bottom of the page. But the one that actually shown in front of each categories is the one that is taken away.
