Become a millionaire!

Hi guys,

I have been hanging around on different IM forums, and have been seeing all these marvelous offers.

"Buy a niche site and make $$$!"

I have been very tempted to try some of these a few times I must admit, but the same question kept coming back again and again:
honestly, let's assume that you are an IM guru, you can build a niche site with great content and great SEO that converts well and makes $5000/day, or even $300 per day, or just $500/month. Why on earth would you sell it (or make one for a client) for like $500 or $1000? Just out of pure generosity? If it is good and really working, why don't you just keep it for yourself, and make your money that way?
Now I may be wrong, but this just hits me every time.

Actually my dream is to find one of these super guru (or awesome IM guy) who would accept to work out a PARTNERSHIP: i.e. deliver a sniper/niche site and get paid on the results (XX% of the income of the first YY months, or anything like that). In short: profit sharing! Is anyone confident enough in his system to offer something like it?

It maybe a time issue, lost of interest or in some cases the revenue/and or traffic is slowing down and you just want to hand it over for one last big pay day. They're are always scammers too...never ignore that possibility.

Thanks for your reply. I am not talking about people who sell their website. This I can understand. But those who create a niche site on demand for $XXX, with fresh content, SEO and guaranteed income.

That's may be a wrong decision because No one in the IM Guru as established as GURU never try to partnership with you or any newbie because they are making millions of dollars every month then why they partnership with you for just max. $5000/Day (That's not possible for you) so , focus yourself , build your platform and rinse and repeat.

    Thanks

      Thanks Praveen,
Again I am talking here about the offers we see on the forum of IM experts selling turnkey niche websites for a few hundred dollars. You find lots of these here in WF.

I always think about this too, and I was actually discussing this with a friend the other day. He brought up an interesting point comparing it to late night infomercials. The marketers who sell products on late night infomercials know that the majority of buyers will not follow through on everything in whatever course their offering (we've all seen those "get rich investing in tax liens!" courses right?!). Plus, most of these people are looking for that "magic bullet" that will make them a boat load of money overnight with no effort on their part. Most of the time they also jump from product to product, never giving 100% focus on one thing, therefore leading to no results. Plus, when such people "fail" they go on their merry way looking for that next magic bullet, without giving much thought to why the previous course or program didn't work for them.

It's sad, but we live in a "right now" world, and a lot of people aren't willing to put in the time or effort necessary to build a business or improve their financial situation. These gurus rely on people like that to keep buying so they can profit by continually feeding them the "hope" of big, easy money they so desperately seek.

Obviously this is not the entire story, but just some interesting points my buddy brought up.

Well the first place to start is the JV section of this forum, but as the above posters mentioned it will be tricky to JV with a so called "guru" since you won't be bringing as much to the table as they will.

That said, it helps to think big! Go for it
