I'm not even slightly trying to promote a site I'm making. I would just like to know if this is even a good idea. It's extremely new and not even remotely finished, but I thought it would be good to see what you guys thought before I work on it more. It's basically a website with nothing but amazon affiliates, but it has a niche, and I try to find the best items on Amazon for that niche. Here it is without having obtained a URL or anything. I know it's not pretty: I R Geek - Home

Thanks for any replies.

Yes. It's more or less pro though. I'm about to purchase the URL now.

My word of advice. Invest in web hosting and a domain name.
It's so cheap, but 100% worth it in the long run.

The site looks good so far and it seems like a good niche as it gets plenty of searches for that keyword.

Thanks guys! I really thought that a site with just amazon affiliate wouldn't get too many buys, but thanks for the advice!

And I would get it hosted by someone else, but I know very little HTML and CSS. I will be getting a custom domain name though. It won't say .weebly for long

Looks good, I also recommend getting your own hosting as you don't "own" that site and it can be taken from you.

The problem with that is that I don't know very much css or html, so it makes it harder for me to find a good host. I now have a new URL though: I R Geek - Home

You should free yourself from all that and learn WordPress.

Also George Katsoudas has a WordPress plugin that will load your WordPress site full of Amazon content on any topic you want, as posts. You can schedule the posts to appear at any time you pick. It includes the reviews and other information from Amazon which you are allowed to grab as an affiliate.

He also has a ClickBank plugin that will allow you to include ClickBank product posts mixed in on the same topic as your Amazon stuff. These will help you with Googles number one theme, fresh CONTENT.
If you are worried about duplicate content, don't. Read the ebook George posted has in his WSO thread on the subject.

Just search the WSO area for "
        George Katsoudas".
