Anyone using Google google +1 for large scale traffic?

Many marketers are still not thinking of using Google +1. But I heard about getting good traffic from the social site.

I personally haven't used it accept from the +1 button on my sites.

Would love to know if any other warriors are having good success with it.

    Many marketers are still not thinking of using Google +1.
    Because no one uses it. Google is not a place to "socialize", i don't see the point.
    And the + results in Google search results are also very annoying.

    Same boat here, i am using the buttons but that's about it.

    Someone just showed me a HUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE SECRET today using Google +1.

    How would you like to get your picture to appear next to all your search engine results?

    This "eye catcher" is worth diamonds and rubies -- it gets more attention even videos in the serps in my opinion. Jump through a few hoops, and your Google +1 account will display your picture next to your search results. HUGE benefit for Google+1.
