Which plugin do I need on WP so that other readers can log onto my blog as a member and write an article? Appreciate the good answers.

    you can allow anyone to post quite easily.

    In general settings you can set up to let people register

    Also, you can pick default access level for thiose people. Contributer level would allow them to post.

    Isnt that something you can do inside the WP settings?

    Just make sure that you only give them permissions to write tho.

      Hi,

      You don't need a plug-in.

      What you do is go to "settings" then select "General" (it's at the top of the list of "settings".

      Then you change the "New User Default Role" to "Contributor".

    Hi,

    When you found the plugin, you still need to approve the articles.

    Check whether the articles are:
    -> original or plagiarized
    -> not senseless spam
    -> not linking to malicious codes

    Or you might get yourself into legal trouble.

    I use TDO Mini Forms. It's a great plugin for allowing people to submit content through a forum on your site rather than a login.

      I am trying this on some of my blogs and so far it is working very good. OP should check this out as it is very useful.

        I use it on News sites so people can submit news articles and press releases and use it on other sites so people can submit guest articles with a link back to their site. It's a great plugin.
