newbie needs some guidance on e-commerce platforms and product feeds

like title says, I'm total newbie when it comes to creating an e-commerce affiliate site. so I'm asking some guidance from you gurus
I'm planning to do shopping site on clothing in specific niche, and now I need to find out a way to get the site with content. eg. what platform/plugin to use for it? I know there's some amazon platforms, wordpress plugins etc. but not sure if I like to get the clothing from amazon.
so, is there a good platform I could use for the purpose and get various product feeds imported from various retailers and keep the design uniform?
Not really sure where to get the feeds yet, so if you have any useful information on that, please let me know.
