PayPal order form?

I'm selling a virtual product on the site I am building, and was wondering how I can create a PayPal order form.

Basically, the product is a customizable report and I would need the client to provide some details to place the order correctly in order for me to be able to customize the report for them.

Is there another easier option or it PayPal the way to go?

    Login to paypal > Merchant Services > Website Payment Standard. Continue from there.

    I've been down that route but I need to create a more complex form than they offer. Essentially, I need a large form with numerous boxes that can be checked or have spaces for entering different values.
