How can i fully customize my wordpress blog?

Hi there people!

Look, the thing is: i'm running a fitness e-business that it's going pretty well down here in Brazil, but my blog look too much cheap. I need to know how to fully customize it, creating something with this kind of quality: vincedelmontefitness.com/blog

As you can see...nothing too much complicated or complex.

I really dont know how and where to start..so...i need a hand up here about these subject. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to design.

And by the way: i'm using wordpress

    Actually looks pretty good to me. It's always better to keep it simple so lessen the distractions and bounce rates. Seems like a good blog. One thing I do recommend is to be consistent with it. Blog at least 3x a week at minimum. If you don't want to blog, then throw in a video that would help your readers and make that your blog post. Consistent posting will bring more people in and your base will grow. Keep it up!
