since you have capital, buy established sites on flippa, make back your ROI within a few months, and keep growing the pot bigger. simple.

with capital, you can weed through all the cpa/affiliate b$.. they are tough for someone starting from scratch.

keep doing what you're doing, but scale it up as your financial reserves allow. You can go to flippa like bob says, but I'd stay the course until I have more disposable income.

Build 6 -7 niche sites - outsource everything except the keyword/market/niche research.
- Site design
- Content
- Backlinking
- Ongoing maintenance
Monetize with Amazon or any other affiliate program of your choice.

See where it goes from there. Rinse and repeat.

Ditto. Invest in assets. Take the profits from it, and invest those in other assets. Rinse, lather, repeat. Remember poor and middle class people invest in liabilities, which are things that depreciate or lose you money. Wealthy people invest in assets, which are defined as things that make you money. That's how the rich get richer and the poor always stay poor.

My advice is to ignore all the pm's you're going to get suggesting ways to take..I mean spend your money.

Listen to TPW. Study various ways to build a business and then make a plan.

First of all invest small fee almost $37 to subscribe at "War Room" as triobacklinkbuilder mentioned before me.

* Hire a programmer create for you a good software and promote it by using WSO.

* promote products that people want more in Facebook ads or Google Adwords (I prefer Facebook ads)

Stop thinking, "How am I going to make money?" and start thinking in terms of helping people by providing products/services/software/reviews/tutorials/how to's/etc., that will make their life easier. If you give them value, they have a reason to come to your site -- and now you have your clients.

I would start building niche sites, I have gone from $0 with this method to $2000/month in about 3 months with a similar investment amount (roughly $1800)

Its just a suggestion.

CPA is a great route, but with a low amount of monthly cash flow you might struggle to make anything meaningful even at 100% ROI plus if you stop buying traffic you stop making money.

If you start with a proven free method and outsource to build a solid foundation you could use that money to reinvest in CPA and buying traffic, just my opinion

To be honest, I wouldn't do many of the things mentioned already. Without a doubt I would spend some time/money building a quality sales funnel, and then use the rest for advertising (solo ads, banner ads, ezine advertising, Facebook PPC). You could easily get a list of 1000-1500 subscribers with that budget and be on your way to building a serious business, not to mention already having some decent cash flow if you set it all up properly. This is the easiest, most stable, user friendly way to get started online.

No problem, your sales funnel would consist of a squeeze page, your offer, your one time offer (paid), and your follow up sequence. Once you have all that in place all you have to do is focus on getting people to your squeeze page, ie. new subscribers. If things are built properly you can use all types of paid traffic sources and be very profitable. PM me if you need any help!

Mobile and tablet apps. Don't just buy though, create. Get your thinking cap on and get someone to develop it for you. Keep some in reserve for advertising.

That's the funny thing about it, at around 500 dollars each, most valuable company in the world, I use their stuff everyday and I understand why they made so much money over the past decade, it's a shame really because the products really aren't as magical or as great as they say they are.

Back on topic, I'd look into getting things you've wanted done for a long time, services, business card? Logo? New website? Something you wouldn't really look into if you didn't have the cash.

+1 to this. Samsung have released the best smart phone (s) in the past year. And the array of products they have lined up for release in the coming 2-3 years is pretty mind boggling.

Best time to get into making andriod apps is now IMHO.
