Best Way to sell sites without revenue?

What is the best way to liquidate sites that have not produced revenue?

I have a bunch of sites that were intended for adsense, but have not spent much time on them. Most of them are exact match domains, with anywhere from 1300-9900 exact match searches. Many are ranking on the first page of google for their targeted keywords.

Most of them have not had any monetization whatsoever.

In evaluating my business, I have realized that I am spending too much time in too many different areas and need to eliminate distractions, hence the need to sell some of these sites to free up resources (mental and financial) for other areas of my business.

Part of the problem is that I have not had analytics installed, so cannot demonstrate traffic.

Is Flippa a good place to sell them when there hasn't been any revenue from them?

Best to sell in a batch or individually?

On average, what is a site that has 1500 exact match searches, $1 cpc sitting on page one of google typically worth?

I know that I can just add adsesnse to them and let them site for the next few months, but wanted to get some other perspectives.

Thanks for the input.

Chad

    flippa is good.......

but flippa users usually look at revenue.. without revenue.. they can only go on goodwill/future potential earnings..

to get really good money for it, you'll have to monetize it and let it sit for a bit.

PM me your list, might be a few i am interested in.

    cheers

Why would you list it un monetised on flippa when all you have to do is put adsense on it? It sounds like all the hard work has already been done.

Why would you not just add Adsense and Analytics, it wont take long and then just leave the sites to simmer for 2 month, if they are mostly on page 1 then you should make money and they will be worth something, seems like a no brainer to me

If you ask me I will sell these sites here on warrior forum. It is great place to do it. It is even better than flippa. On flippa you will hardly sell site without revenue those days. But here at warrior forum story is completely different.

Warrior forum is perfect place to sell sites without revenue.

Don't take it lightly. There are already few Warriors that successfully doing it for a long time. Some of them making full time income out of it, while others doing it part time. Take a few minutes and visit Complete Web Sites For Sale section of Warrior forum and get a proof yourself. Believe me people are making thousands of dollars there.

They are offering all kind of websites. Usually they sell wordpress websites with two or more articles. Price depend on the quality of the content and how many articles is on the sites. Most of the sellers sell sites with a simple design with two, or five articles. But, they don't sell only worpress sites. They sell all kind of website. From service sites to ecommerce sites.

I agree with MVirtual on this, Warrior Forum could be a better place to sell your blog/website when compared with Flippa.

Flippa is still an option if you want to sell your site(s) -- you just need to show to potential buyers that the monetisation potential is very strong. I've found that people who are able to sell sites that aren't making income either offer support or provide ebooks/marketing strategies that will help them start earning. I think sniper sites still sell pretty well there too, but since you're talking about adsense-based sites, that's probably not applicable to you.

Sounds like trying to unload the sites on this forum is best though -- most users have some marketing knowledge and can always return here for ideas/help if needed.

    Hello all,

I have a website with over 190,000 total views in less than 7 months, a twitter account with near 8,000 followers and a facebook page with 450 likes with a target market of midwest/North American college students. Each format (website, facebook, & twitter) are currently for sale in a bulk package.
Our revenue is through banner advertisement leases outside of adsense which is difficult to market. However, the monetisation potential is very strong as our followers/readers are loyal and inside a niche market of US college students.

PM me for more information as I am ready to sell with a respectable offer.
    thanks,
    - Matt

You can list it to SEDO and Flippa. Both are good choice for you.
