    Yes I have worked with DELL as well as Kodak [all in one printers] technical support.

    PROS: U gain an ability to deal with people.
    how to work in a team.
    you gain new knowledge.

    CONS:
    Late night shifts
    It can be frustrating to do the same job again and again!
    If there are less chances of growth, u might feel u are screwed, even if you do well!

    No, but I always get a good laugh out of reading some of the "Calls From Hell" in Tech support.
