What was the best day of your Internet Marketing career???

Hey Guys,

I hear so much about how difficult, how tired people are, and how much money people aren't making online. Unfortunately I don't hear enough about people's successes.

Instead of focusing on the negative I was hoping some of you will share the positive.

I know there are so many people here in the WF who are having great success in IM and I'd like to hear about the best day you've had as an internet marketer and how did it make you feel???

Hearing about other people's success keep a lot of people going.

It gives more hope to people than you know.

What was your best day???

    Probably in April 2011 when myself and my brother Anthony sold our websites in a particular niche for multiple six figures.

    It was pretty nice seeing that payment arrive in the bank account and made the effort of making the sites profitable in the first place and the work we did to secure the sale worthwhile.

    My best day was probably the one when I lost all my income sources overnight just due certain changes on google. It was not only a nasty day but also a day which woke me up completely. From then, I realized that you can't bank upon one thing & create a business around one source. It was probably the best lesson I ever learnt...

      Very true. My strategy is as soon as I'm turning a profit it one area, I takes some of those profits and invest them in a different asset, so if that first thing fails I've got something to fall back on.

      The day I made $1000 total to prove my parents wrong that I don't need to get a job and I can just work from home in my free time instead.

    Would be November 16 2011 when I had over 62 orders of a product I was selling from a company on cj.com at a $20/commission. I ended up making $1,440 that day from CJ and Amazon/Adsense.

      It was a day I connected my level of emotions to the number of sales.
      I was doing a special practice the night before that ignited strong feelings of happiness inside (unconditional happiness).
      So I worked on my emotions and the next day I made more sales than ever with zero effort!
      Orders just kept pouring in.

      This was an amazing discovery that made me to steer my work more toward self-help and personal development venues.

      Hmmm,

      It's a toss up between the day a doctor hired me to ghostwrite a book for him and the day I received payment in full for it.

      Both days gave me the thrill of my life in IM and had me flying high!

      Do you guys ever get a "natural high" from any aspect of your online endeavors?

        I do. There are some days when my earning is unusually up, I really feel a natural high. It is an amazing felling and the good thing is you are not spending money to get high, you are making it, lol!

    I have had a series of happy days (very happy days) I don't know which of them was best. The day I had my first $33.33 on clickbank, I almost went mad.

    The day I got the first payment from my membership site, I ran to the toilet to pee that moment I saw the money.

    The day I received my payoneer card, I was happy that I left the post office and almost forgot I came with my car.

    There are many more days

    Not sure if this counts but the day a domain that cost me $15 to buy sold for $15k after someone approached me a month after I bought it (and had done nothing with it). I had planned to use it but the offer came in and the smile grew and grew, happy days!!

    Of course there are lots of IM days like first commission, first $1000 dollar day etc

    For me it is all about hitting those financial milestones that give the greatest satisfaction.

    When I made that first sale. It's was a $13 commission on an eBook but after 2 months of SEO it proved to me that this stuff actually works! I'll never forget it!

      Whatever success you have that makes you happy don't be afraid to let it out....There are people out there who need to hear just how great this business really is.

      It changes people's lives!!!

      It gives us the opportunity to own our own business.

      To be able to quit our jobs and spend more time with our family.

      It opens the doors to financial freedom.

      You can add value to people's lives and actually help them make money and transform themselves with the knowledge you know.

      This is one of the greatest businesses out there and I love it!!!

    For me it was the day when I knew I didn't really need to work at my 2 full time jobs anymore. Although I still work there since I like to get out of the house and have a more physical job, but thankfully I dont have to do it for the money anymore since I am making enough with the site.

    Pretty much like everyone else here.

    When I made my first sales online.
    At the time it was for a CPA offer paying 11 dollars per lead,
    and I do believe I was driving traffic with PPC.

    After that....

    Making 2 thousand 6 hundred and something dollars in two minutes
    was pretty cool

      The first sale was pretty good but I think it was about $4 from memory.

      The best day was probably early December last year. I was at the beach with my fiance and hadn't done any IM related work for a couple of weeks. I'd been checking the amazon app on my iPhone each day to see how much my sites had made. I had a $40 day which was my highest so far. The next day was a $60 day and it dawned on me that all my hard work was paying off and that I was earning a decent passive income while laying about in the sun.

      I think that was the day I realised how much I loved the IM lifestyle and the day that really made me passionate about pursuing my dreams. It got me thinking about all the great things to come, and the freedom that the IM lifestyle will provide for me and my family.

      While I was always optimistic about my long term goals, that was the day it all really sunk in. It was the day that I knew that as long as just kept going I'd eventually achieve my dreams and then some.

    Last year, the last Saturday in February 2011, I earned over $3,000 when I had 2 sales of $841 each come in from one ad I posted in a safelist (total $1,682 from a couple minutes on posting an ad) and one of my payliners brought in a commission for me of $1,491 from one new member who joined thru him thru a small classified ad. He also earned $344 in that transaction. That was all for the same business.

    Hi Josh880,

    My best day will be the time where I had earned my first dollar online in 2009, and that's where it motivates me to move from then on and eventually earning a consistent $4000 per month. It does pay off my family expenses and other commitments.

    It feels good when the money went to your bank. However, I am not boosting of how much I earn online. All I just want to say that building an online business really works and you will see success as long as you knows what you are doing.
