what is the holidays/ travel niche like?

Hi all,

did a ton of research and reading last week, possibly too much (!) but one of the main things I took from it is that when you choose your niche it should either be a 'hungry' area, such as IM, or an area you are genuinely interested in.
I have a huge interest in Orlando/ Florida, and holidays and travel in general, and was thinking of taking a crack at that as my niche.

Does anyone know what this area is like? a lot of content, not much? any good PLR content available? any particular warriors or experts in general that specialise in this field?

still deciding on the angle to take, but would appreciate input before I start checking out domain names and hosting. all POV welcome...

As a content use descriptions of places or self-made guides so you can use the adverts in a "by the way.." fashion.
Travel niche has tons of subniches, you can still find a few golden nuggets neglected by marketers.
You can also sell amazon guides and offers for people on your list.
