1. If I have a website for my product, and customers buy the product and subscribe to my list, how do I go about pushing other products when I email them?

For example, if my product is CPA related but I created a new product that was Clickbank related, would I need to build another website for the product, or could I just create a page for it on the website for my CPA Product.

2. What do you feel about adsense on the website? Would it look better above or below the sales page? Would this put potential buyers off? I was thinking of having a back up method incase I don't get sales.

Thanks.

    Hey Kimmeh,

let me jump in here -

    1. The best way to see how to market to your list - is to join other lists. There are 100 different ways but you can not create a web page for each product because you want to be able to send your list a new product every few weeks, (or days). You would be creating webpages all day. Send them to the product landing page.

It can be a simple note like, "Hey just started using X....you can buy it at www.redirecttoaffiliatesite.com"

The better of a relationship you have with your list the better response you will get. If you recommend quality products and then they will take your advice and your sales will reflect it. If you recco junk, or make to many reccos then you will get a low open rate and a high opt out rate. Trust is key.

Go to some internet marketing websites and opt in and see how they promote. They have been doing it for years - lift their copy, modify somethings to make your own and then use it. Don't re-invent the wheel.

    2. In regards to adsense - I tend not to put adsense on a product page, but I do on an information page. So if I'm running a blog type website then I put adsense, but if I have a landing page for a product I almost never put adsense, but if I do, it's usually one clean banner that is image only.

    Good Luck!

    Hey Kimmeh!

    1. If your emailing people about a clickbank product you could direct them straight to the clickbank sales page - if you feel the vendor's sales page converts well OR you could warm them up by sending them to an article which presells the clickbank product you want to push. I personally like the idea of warming my list up to a clickbank sales page that's what I'm doing.

I don't think you HAVE to build another website. If your CPA offer is related to the clickbank product then just create a page for it on the website for my CPA Product.

    2. I would NOT put adsense on any website that I want to make a commission sale from. I think that just gives people a distraction that if they take will earn me less money.

When you get a customer to buy what ever you are offering, you can then sell them some other related product after they purchase. This is called UPSELL.

If you do have a list, you can always email them with different offers even though some people already joined one of your offers. You will be amazed to see that sometimes people will buy 2-4 products from you.

      Thanks for the replies.

Imagine if I had a product called Crazy Traffic Method, and I had a list on Aweber. I then create another product unrelated to Crazy Traffic Method like CPA Secrets. Would I need to create another domain for CPA Secrets, or could I create a page on Crazy Traffic Method for the CPA Secrets Sales page.

      Example:

      www.crazytrafficmethod.com/cpasecrets

If I was sending out products regularly, it would seem abit silly having to keep making different domains every time.

Btw, those product names are just random.
