What would you consider a good EPC? Forex? IM niche?

We are in the mist of our soft launch of our Forex signals service. We are seeing some affiliates with crazy numbers. (Top affiliate is insane at $46.12 EPC, then comes #2 at $14.07 and #3 at $12.56 all on CB). I know these numbers are unheard of and can't last with traffic building up and more and more affiliates sending us traffic, but what is a reasonable EPC for the FOREX niche?
From what I understand the EPC will change with the niche. For example, highly competitive and lucrative areas like FOREX and weight loss will have high EPCs, where as IM niches and other ebook type stuff will have lower EPCs.
Where do you stand on what your minimum or "number" for an EPC before you jump in or say WOW.
