Okay, this has been happening for long enough now. A lot of times when I'm answering customer support emails I get this returned:

-----------------
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at localhost.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

:
173.201.193.52 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 554 The message was rejected because it contains prohibited virus or spam content

-----------------

So I get this a few times a day and my customer never gets what I sent to them, I can try to send it over and over and it will keep coming back as failure notice.

This is all with godaddy email.

Any suggestions?

Seems like it's a problem with the recipients ISP flagging your message as Spam, unless of course you have a virus attaching itself to your messages.

I have no experience with Godaddy's email but I would contact their support, they are typically very helpful. At least they have been in the past with Domain issues and I would imagine they would for this reason as well!

    Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions. Definitely no spam or virus attached. This happens with simple text. Just me trying to answer a question, etc.

      Thanks again,

You can use help desk scripts ... osTicket:: Open Source Support Ticket System .... or woo theme help desk ....

These work great for customer support and I am using all of these

    Thanks

      Hi, Arron

What e-mail provider are you using to send the e-mails?
As already stated by MarketingChad, your customers provider
might be marking yours as spam.
Are you saying YOU are using godaddy, or theirs is on godaddy?
If you are sending from an address of your own on godaddy, this is probably the problem. I have had the same problem in the past.
Try using something different like g-mail or something, as a lot of companies don't like e-mails directly from hosting companies.
They think they are all spam.
Give that a try and see if you get through.

      Just a thought,
      Robert
