Selling a site with profits from EPN (eBay) - your advice?

I have a site that consistently earns about $100 a month, with zero work. I'm considering selling it on Flippa, but it seems that sites with profits solely from EPN don't sell.

Is it that hard to sign up with EbayPartnerNetwork these days?

I don't really want to invest $20 plus another $40 odd just for it not to sell.

Thanks.

I'd say it's worth at least between $500 and 1k. At least I'd hope.

I would be really interested to hear how you do with that. I also have a bunch of EPN-based sites doing nothing and would like to flip them but my research has also shown that EPN sites don't sell on Flippa. I'd love to be proven wrong.

Who says you can't earn money as an eBay affiliate any more? My stats say otherwise

Yes, EPN sites dont work much unless you can really show them analytics and traffics.
Explain them what is the exact procedure and how can they go about it!!

EPN sites, as all said, are difficult to sell on flippa. However, if your listing copy explain everything that's involved, it might fetch a few interested Buyers.

You have a site making money?
    It requires no work?
And you want to sell it?

And you want to sell it for less than a year oof profits?

    Why?

I never get this. If you have set it and forgot it well just keep forgetting it. As long as it is producing cash flow keep it. If it starts taking work then get rid of it.

I understand this Aaron, and the site has been extremely good at giving me monthly payments.

However, when you want a quick cash lump, you tend to consider all options.

I think the main problem is that EPN has become a bit of an exclusive club because it's quite hard to get in. So it's not like anyone can buy an EPN site and start earning from it - as a consequence there is a lack of potential buyers. My 10 pence sterling.

I would look at more specific channels - try to find some existing EPN site builders and see if they are interested, that kind of thing.

I suspect I will be offering my sites to my list/buyers of my EPN plugin first, as there are more likely to be interested parties there.

You don't need to buy all of the upgrades, you can get away with spending only $30 (listing + highlight).

EPN has become so hard to get into though that they are hard to sell, for sure.

    Hi Friend

You say that your sites is consistent in earning $100
but before you sell your site check on the other aspects of the site like
    PR
    Alexa rank
back links - as in how many
    niche specific or not

once you are done with it, then you can choose n number of providers to sell your website

why dnt you try godaddy.com and sites as such similar to the former to sell your site

you can even put up your site for an auction, this would help you get more outta your site while others bid on it.

    Hope the info helps

    Thanks
