Optimize Press is a great wordpress theme for landing pages. Or if you know someone with good photoshop skills, landing pages are easy. Photoshop is actually very easy to learn and if you put some time into it it really pays off. Then again, you can always outsource.

If you want to make money, it's almost obligatory in affiliate marketing. There may still be some CPA stuff you can do with direct linking, though: some people consider that to be part of "affiliate marketing" and others don't.

Key concept: it's not whether or not hosting/facilities are free that matters - there are plenty of good free ones; it's what the terms of service are like, and how they're interpreted, and who owns and controls the site.

Landing pages are considered as necessary for your products whether you are promoting as affiliate marketer or selling your own product. You can find cheap designers at fiverr for getting your landing page designed.

You MUST have video or you are falling behind the times. Get on it!

Most affiliates have a website to input into that field. It doesn't have to be a super elaborate website in every instance. Even affiliates who don't focus on making money via sites have one site they can use in their application (their blog, their company's website, etc).

If you don't have any website to use in your application, do not lie or try to cheat. You can always just fill in the website field of the application with N/A or None and explain how you plan on running offers in the information field.
