The correct code to do so is:

    [ url="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dunGhkCmYKM"]Title of Video[/url]

Simply remove the first space between the '[' and 'url'. I just had to put that in so the forum doesn't render the code.

I wasted hell lot of time when I want to paste a video first time in my WF thread. Searched lot of google found many tutorials, finally got to know "I Just need to place the link of my youtube video"
No alignment, no height , width, Just your youtube video URL.

The mods don't have time to sit through endless videos to see if the videos are in any way promotional -- so, sometimes videos get deleted. Don't take it personal. Just start using text posts from now on.

Would be shame if the mod just randomly delete the YouTube videos from the forum since more often then not I really enjoy them

Yes our YouTube views still work because we use PTC networks with real traffic, never had a video banned in 3 years of service ->

Read the thread. Your question has been answered previously.

You cannot use the iframe code. You cannot customize the size of the video inside the forum.

You simply paste in the actual YouTube url and hit submit on your post. The forum software will take the URL and convert it into the format needed.

Or, do it as will directed in the post quoted below:

When writing a post click on advanced. Under the panel where you write your text you should find the 'Additional Option' and check 2 boxes below.

    • Automatically parse links in text
    • Automatically embed media
This way you only have to grab the YouTube URL and past it in to your post. No fancy coding required!

Testing Embed Video If This Works...Then...

There's a difference between copying your "Share This Video" And Pasting it in your post WILL NOT Work (I know after over 1 hour of trying different embed codes). The URL you Should Paste Into Your Post Is The One In Your URL Address Bar. Share video says: http: //youtu.be.YourVideo - The URL Address Bar Says http: //youtube .com/watch?vYOURVideo

Hope this saves you the hassle and time!

Yeah just paste the URL and make sure "automatically embed media" is checked, in the miscellaneous options, when posting.
