My name is Tyler and I have not earned a dime on the internet but I believe that I can. I don't have visions of boatloads cash sailing in with no work on my part. I know it will take work and I welcome it.
My question is, what should someone completely new to this world be primarily focusing on in the beginning? I have been spending hours upon hours doing research and learning as much as I can. I have my ideas on paper and I am going to spend all of tomorrow getting my sites live.
I do have a product to sell. I have already started one site beats4weeksdotcom(I am not yet allowed to post links, sorry) I am a musician and music producer and this site is my first attempt at selling my instrumentals to recording artists. Do any of you have any ideas on how to implement traditional internet marketing concepts into this business? I have made the unfortunate mistake of spending money on "beats selling" products featuring more filler and rambling than real information. Just wondered what your thoughts where.
The sites I am setting up tomorrow will be for my first affiliate campaigns. I have done some research on clickbank and have chosen some products to experiment with.
I am not a quitter. I thrive on hard work, however because I have not yet made any money online there is often a voice in the back of my mind when I am in the middle of a task on line saying "Am I wasting my time with this right now? Should I be focusing on something else?" I suppose that is primarily the question I am seeking advice for.
If anyone has any helpful hints or tips, or even just words of encouragement, I would be thrilled to read them.
Thanks a million in advance. So happy I signed up here.
