Need Suggestion on Disk Recovery Software

One of my 8GB compactflash cards failed recently. When I inserted into my laptop, it comes with the dreaded message "Do you want to format this card"

The card is completely packed with photographs. Luckily, I have got copies of most of this elsewhere. I know it is possible to recover the images but I want to do it in such a way so that the file structure and file names are intact.

I wonder if anybody can suggest what software to use?

  • You can try using the GetDataBack software which I think they are very good, but it is not free and since your compactflash have such error, there are very high chance that you might not get back all photo in complete or either you can't recover it back with software.
  • Get easy recovery pro. I hope this software will recover your photos. Just search in google & get it.
