Financially evaluating an idea/niche
I've been trying to evaluate a few niche ideas based on their monetization potential. I know there are various ways to make money from the site. But how does one go about a $ value to the project?
There is also the idea of putting a $ value to keywords. Not entirely sure how we could do that... we can tell the average CPC via adwords.
I can conclude what it will cost me to start the project up as well as on-going costs to maintain and grow the project. But on the revenue side, its a little less clear.
Any advice and ideas or links to good articles/books would be really appreciated.
