Any Youtube terms and conditions Gurus about?

After a heads up on these pretty slick players which "mask" youtubes own player but still uses Youtubes bandwidth etc.

Anybody know if these are against YT's terms and conditions?

Love the look of this for example:
YouTube Product Special : WebVideoUniversity.com

But seems like YT might not be ecstatic you're using their bandwith but removing them from the equation entirely.

No, they are completely legitimate. YouTube provides all these options in their API. It's really just fumbling around with the embed code. Also, just so you know, you can do everything that the WebUniversity software does for free.

Dave Kaminski over at Webvideouniversity has a new player out that looks interesting. You should check it out if you're into that sort of stuff, and if you're into web video you should absolutely get on his list.
