    More Likes = More popularity
    More Popularity= More Shares
    More Shares= More Visits

Well if your page is getting more likes on FB then its good. But if you want to Ranked that page for a particular keyword then make some backlinks for it. Surely it will get ranked as social bookmarking is also a part of SEO.

But FB page get more popular by FB as the more likes are there. Just share good stuffs daily, surely it will get popular. But give your updates on daily basis.

FB likes have nothing to do with ranking in Google, if you want to achieve high ranking for you FB fanpage keyword...all you have to do is build high quality PR links to the keyword that you want to rank for and in no time you'll be on the front page.

You should probably get access to a blog network like ALN so that you can get access to the highest quality links at a very affordable price.

Backlinks are obviously important and social bookmarks work very well and quickly if you ping them and create rss feeds for those backlinks.

      1st day - ping it via indexing.com
      2nd day - 1-20 social bookmarks.
      3rd day - rss feeds.
      4th day - some 20-30 forum profiles.
      5thday - dofollow links from web 2.0
6th day - article directory submission..

what do you think about this plan guys?

Combination of the three. I think FB only increases domain authority and not really rankings.

I should be asking the questions around here. The subject of Facebook.com is an interesting one that's worth a closer look.

Without question 2005 was the year of MySpace. Before Rupert Murdoch's $580 million social networking venture took the interactive world by storm, it's difficult to believe that even the most optimistic of the billionaire's lackeys would have predicted that new acquisition would more than quadruple its reach within a matter of months. With 23.5 billion page views by February, MySpace became the second most trafficked site on the Internet.
