Every Page a Squeeze Page?

In a recent post here on WF I was advised to try to improve my list. Because my website serves as my company site, my sales site, and my list opt-in site, I don't want to limit my signup to a single squeeze page.

I have my signup "enticement" on the right-sidebar of every blog page that I have (my blog articles drive a large % of my site's traffic), but is there a "better" place to put the link? If it helps I use MailChimp.

My target is dentists, physicians, and healthcare providers who are interested in learning more about improving their office website (and are interested in social media, adwords, etc. I'm a dentist myself)

It's a HOT topic in my field and every journal out there has articles about design principles, social media, etc.

And to be clear, I'm not trying to teach dentists and doctors HOW TO code a website -- it's more along the lines of "make sure your phone # is clickable on an iPhone" type of thing.

My current signup text is:
"Subscribe to the Short Hills Design Newsletter and Download our Free Google AdWords Guide

To receive your free guide, "Preparing for Google AdWords: A Guide for Dentists, Physicians and Healthcare Providers", just subscribe to our free newsletter at this link"
Should I put it at the top of each blog post, under the title of the article?

Here's an example blog post.

Thanks.

put the opt in form right on the the site menu instead of a small this link clickable.

You can barely see the optin text. it does not stand out and therefore is not a priority in the visitors mind.

Check out the optin form on my blog, you can miss it:

    Elmar's Marketing Blog

You should do something similar. Powerful headline and eye popping design.

You can put an opt-in form right under your posts, as well as at the sidebar. These should basically convert up to 10% of your readers.

If you really want to go crazy with this you could try a pop-up or slide-in plugin that actively asks for the visitors email address.

Right under the post or under the headline? I know in AdWords we use the under the headline to similarly help convert.

That "Signup Text" is lost on the site. A bold optin on the top right would help.

The placement isn't the problem. The design is.

Instead of a link to the signup form, put the actual form right in those blocks.

Put the block right where it is in the right sidebar near the top, and again at the end of every post.

I tried that but I didn't like the look because it was hard to make it work with all the text I need and the title of the book. "Preparing for Google Adwords..." with the sub box).

        Alternatively does this work:?
