Who here uses the internet to empower people by solving a problem or creating an opportunity?
Hey everyone,
One area I find interesting is how you can empower people using the internet, to allow them to solve a certain problem or create an opportunity for them.
That is why I love researching sites such as fiverr, kickstarter and freelance websites. They provide a solution to a problem or allow an opportunity to present itself.
One of the best parts about this is how they monetize themselves. Most of these sites will take a small cut out of the exchange of goods from seller to buyer creating a situation where everyone is satisfied.
Now don't get me wrong, I am not saying anything new here. However I am creating this post to see if any of you guys know of any other websites that has solved a certain problem or created an opportunity for people. If you have, I would love it if you could post a link for me to check out.
Like I mentioned previously, I find it fascinating!
p.s - Please don't post your own sites (apparently mods don't like that, which is understandable).
