Exit Splash Question

I am using exit splash on a website that uses an infusionsoft optin form. Everytime you go to sign up and hit submit the exit splash comes up. I included the form in urls to let go but is not working. Has anyone had this problem? If so can you tell me the solution.

    Can you share a little more details like a link showing this in action?

    If you're talking about the page that appears after an Infusionsoft Web Form is submitted, that can be adjusted with the setting below, under the Thank You Page section. (See screenshot below.)

    Ino thats not really what I mean. On the main site when someone click add to cart which is an infusionsoft button that brings them to an infusionsoft page the exit pop always comes up. Which exit pop should I use with wordpress to stop this?
