On a new site - which pages do I need?

My question is:
If I build a new site (niche, blog or wordpress)
which pages do I need to put on the site? in legal terms.

    At a minimum you need the following pages to satisfy google:

    1. About Me
    2. Contact Me
    3. Privacy Policy
    4. Terms of Service

        Pretty simple really. About Me - Write a bit about yourself, your organisation or your product. Contact Me - Usually just use a contact form here or go over your contact details (email). Privacy Policy - Explain how you use the information your users submit to your site (if at all). Terms of Service - What your users are entitled to.

          If you're US based - there is a handy tool here that can generate them for you:

          Of course, you should double check any content like this to ensure you are happy with it - as only you can know what your policies should contain. These are not certified by a lawyer.

          I recall there was an WSO not long ago that provided lawyer certified templates, but not sure what it was called I'm afraid.

    In addition to wizzard74's list, you could add archives so that your visitors can take a look back at your posts whenever you have 'em. You can also add a categories menu. It's optional, but it's good if you're going to talk about different branches of a general niche.
