How to Add PDF on the autoresponser??

Hi. I have a doubt on adding pdf to autoresponder. I don't know how to attach a pdf. For example, i would like to give free ebooks to subscribers in form of pdf, so that they can download from the link. But I don't know how to create that download link and send it thru my follow up message. Can anyone help me. Thanks

If you're using AWeber, towards the bottom of where you are creating your message, there's an "add attachment" link. Click it, upload, and done.

Or you could just upload it to your server and include a link to it in your email...

I have better idea than attaching pdf into autoresponder.. you can just upload the pdf in rapidshare or other filehosting service, then put the link in the autoresponder, then people will go to that link if they want to download the pdf.. better idea and less risk

thats a good idea but i think the subscribers will not like it because they will think that my motive is to make money by uploading file. also sometimes the link will be broken, so that will have bad effect on my marketing. cheers.

If you have filezilla, its a breeze transferring your pdf file to the public html folder of your website. Your pdf can then be downloaded here www.yourwebsite.com/filename.pdf

Then provide the link in your autoresponder message

All I can say is that by adding it as an attachment you are more likely to get blocked by ISPs as SPAM. I would recommend the methods above of uploading to your server and providing a link.

Or you could upload to a service like Amazon S3.

Hey Swatz89... I think we're all saying the same thing: The easiest way to do this is to upload the file to your server and link to it in the email.

Your link should always work just fine, there is no reason it will not work. Just make sure you send your email to yourself to test it before sending it to your list. Once it's tested, you're good to go.

If you're going to be doing IM activities, it will be imperative for you to learn the basics of FTP. Download and install Filezilla. Then go to YouTube and search for tutorials on how to use it. Here is one: http://youtu.be/yr_u2iKfAt0 It's super-easy, take a few minutes to learn...
