Advice needed for PLR WSO's....

I know how to setup a WSO, so have no problem in that department.

The problem i have is, i am wanting to start making my own PLR. However, where would i start?

I only know how to do ecovers and write pdf's at the moment. I will move into minisites eventually, but would anyone like just ebooks and ecovers, or would they like the whole thing (inc. minisite)?

I would do a free WSO first to test the waters, then on from there.

I would give them full rights to edit at first, then sell the different rights for each one i bring out in the future. You know, MRR i would sell separately.

Any advice would be appreciated.

It's all about quality. No matter what you offer, it could be a million sites for $10, if the quality lacks, so will the amount of sales and the price you're able to sell them for. If you do e-covers and pdf's, that can sell... sure... but with much competition, make it stand out. You either have to differentiate in quality or price.

      Exactly.

Make sure whatever you are offering as PLR, is good enough to stand on it's own, and good enough that you could offer it as a regular WSO without PLR rights.

Well as ResellCells Said that "Quality Matters"... I am the second saying this... If you add quality to your PLR Products and give them some value that really interest readers then you are on the sailing boat and if not then I am sorry to say you will be on drowning one....

You can also offer bonus packages including ebook covers and unique information products to your buyers as well.....

    All the best....

You mustn't wait till you get everything ready to launch your plr products. But if you do add minisites and graphics, that should allow you to charge more and make more money.
And moreover, it will also convert well as an upsell.

As others have said, quality is essential. I suggest starting with what you are good at. People always want good graphics, so if you are good with ecovers and graphics, then that's an easy way to break in. People can add their own titles.

But add value by doing things like providing guides on how to edit the graphics you sell. Or add on services for an extra fee, such as doing the customizing for them.

Ebooks are very popular also, if you write well and pick a niche that people are desperate for. A free WSO is one of the best ways to test things out, so you're right on track there.

    Best of luck to you!

    You don't need a minisite...

You could do an ebook or you could do a bigger package with an ebook, report, articles, and autoresponder emails. Or you could just pick a few of those to include.

People love PLR. Just be sure you have it set up so you can get affiliates to help promote you.

Have a free WSO to give people a taste of the quality of your work. Then gather testimonials, listen to the feedback of your testers, and launch a paid WSO.

If you can provide other formats for your PLR, that would add perceived value, like powerpoint slides, etc.

If you do decide to do a free PLR WSO, I suggest trying to collect emails, either by having them opt-in for their freebie or by having an opt-in box on the download page.

What exactly are you trying to figure out - what topics to write on? (mobile marketing was a hot one for me) Or what format sells best? (just 500 word articles in .txt format is an easy way to start)

and yes, you can for sure charge more if you create ready-to-sell ebooks or say videos or powerpoints.

I think PLR for ebooks and ecovers is a great idea. You could eventually add more PLR items such as PLR blogs or minisites. Start by launching a WSO on it. Good luck!
