You can't expect to get instant traffic to a brand new site. It's going to take some time if you are going to rely solely on SEO. Why do you say that your niche is not profitable?

I think it is the only problem is to generate traffic in to it

Be patient and test some traffic sources, there are plenty of ways to move traffic around. If it's really what you are interested in you will stick with it and the hard work will bring it to success over time.

Here are a few things you can do to drive free traffic to your site - write articles and post in article directories; create a Squidoo lens; create a page on Hubpages; blog commenting, posting a link back to your site; forum commenting, placing a link to your site in your signature; social bookmarking....among MANY others. But, these should be the bare minimum you do.

Traffic takes time, and it's something you should be constantly working on. However if you want fast free traffic, then hangout at the visited forums in your markets and start participating in the conversations with helpful advice etc. And while you're doing that, make sure you have a link in your sig box.

If you give out helpful advice or just become recognised in the forum, people will get curious and click your sig link.

I wouldn't judge my site with the stuff that it has gathered if it has only been four days since it has launched. There are a lot of threads in this forum that can help you with the stuff that you need to generate traffic. Dann Vicker has given the stuff there for you, and I do hope that helps because that same set of methods has helped a lot.

Remember that part of setting a goal is to make it attainable within a certain time frame. You should check your results after the time has passed then start thinking of ways on how you can improve.

Although SEO is one of the better ways of getting traffic, it’s not really the quickest. As some of the warriors have already told, doing SEO itself may not lead to lot of traffic for a new site. You will need to continue updating content on the site and creating proper back links from high PR sites.

You can create YouTube videos and link back to your site. If you like writing articles, you can write a bunch of articles and submit them to article directories to get a backlink to your site. Also, you can try some paid advertising methods (like PPC on Google, Facebook, MSN, Yahoo) if you have the money.

As others have noted, blog commenting and forum marketing are also some of the good options if you only want to stick to the free methods.

Yes, you need a little time to let google to index your site. Also, do you use keywords for your website? You have to check your current rank otherwise no one will be seeing your website. What you need to do now is to to generate backlink to your website. You can do it free or paid method.

As the others have said 4 days is no where near long enough if your looking for seo traffic. Try posting on forum and commenting on blogs in your niche.

Start writing some quality articles and getting them out there, do social bookmarking etc.
Just posting in the forums should be able to some fast traffic to your site, it won't make you a millionaire over night but you have to start somewhere.

The only way to get large amounts of instant traffic is to use paid sources such as PPC, PPV, media buys etc but these can be very expensive if you don't know what you are doing.

If your primary monetization strategy is Adsense or some passive source of income, you should work on SEO. Ultimately SEO is all about having quality backlinks pointing to your site. When I say site...i'm speaking of your home page and each of its inner content pages.

These are a small few ways to start driving backlinks to your content pages....emphasis on pages (plural)....you need to think of each page of your site as a silent salesman. This is also sometimes referred to as DEEP linking.


Once again, you need to first consider your monetization strategy...if its a passive source of revenue (then SEO is your best bet). If you're selling a product or service, then you should look into developing a PPC campaign, to see if the product or service will even sell (convert) in the first place.


Something like PPC helps you determine the viability of your product before wasting time with other time-intensive aspects of traffic generation including SEO.

Whatever, you do, keep in mind that this stuff takes time. Read all you can here on the WF and ask questions.

These work well for us, but its about working smarter and getting good at the traffic source that brings you in the best results. I.e. more subscribers and sales.

If you have the funds then pick a paid strategy and focus on mastering it. You said that you wanted warrior millionaires to chime in. Well they all use either paid traffic or leveraged traffic built up over time. You either need to master a paid strategy like solo ads, ppc or banner advertising or stick with a manual powered traffic generation strategy and master that. I would advise you not to try to do 10 different methods. You will become the jack of all trades and master of none.

social media networks are also good sources of traffic, promote your site on Facebook and twitter as well as on bookmarking sites like reddit, stumbleupon and delicious
